Great little tool - With One Suggestion for An Improvement
I love the accuracy of this bevel gauge. With a traditional qauge, if it slips just slighting while handling it, you might not notice, but with this digital readout, you can be sure you're using the exact same angle measurement, as you'll see the readout change. Based on that, a suggestion for an improvement: enable a "hold" setting that alerts you (a beep, or a flashing display?) when the gauge deviates slightly from the angle you set on "hold" and indicates when you've correctly adjusted it back to the "hold" setting.

Impressive quality for the price
Easy to use, the interface is very self explanatory. Battery life is great and so is the accuracy. Saves me a lot of time doing quality control and woodworking plans.

Really nice, but do note that the body is plastic.
Overall, I am very happy with this gauge. It's very accurate, very easy to use, doubles as a standard bevel gauge if the battery where dead of if I just wanted to transfer an angle and didn't need to know what that angle is. The only complaint I have is that the body is plastic. The "arm?" is metal, and the knurled locking knob is metal; I assume both some form of stainless, but the body that contains the electronics is light plastic. The product description doesn't suggest otherwise, so I can't complain, but I thought it looked like aluminum or stainless, so I'm a little disappointed. Anyway, all the important stuff is great and I like it a lot.

Cool tool. Could be better.
I’ve been using this for a few months now. At first I didn’t think I would use it much but I actually use it most everyday. The house we’re working on has walls and roof eaves that follow a curve, so all the fill-in framing that ties in meets at a different angle and/or slope, requiring a miter or a bevel, or a compound miter. This tool eliminates a lot of math and the steps of measuring an angle with an old-school bevel gauge, tracing that angle onto your material, then lining up your saw or speed square to find the exact degrees. If you have this tool calibrated properly, you can gauge the angle quickly, often to within a couple tenths of a degree, and quickly move on to your cut. The drawbacks to this tool are that 1) the self-zeroing feature is not quite right, over a degree off, and with mine I have find a nice flat surface to zero it out. Once calibrated, you can work for a while with that setting, but I zeroing it out any time you tuck the blade into the handle or after it’s sat idle for a while. The other drawback I’ve found is that the nut that holds the blade sometimes unthreads itself in my bags as I’m walking around or working on other things. This isn’t huge deal, as most times all I have to do is dig through my bags to find the pieces and thread it all together again. But I know the day is coming that I will lose one of the pieces and have to get a new one of these gauges or go back to the old-school one while I wait for a new one. All in all, I’m impressed with this tool. It’s easy to use and can save a lot of time. But the construction of it could use a little refinement. I’m happy with the price at only $20, but I would gladly pay $10 or $20 more for one with a more accurate zeroing feature that also held together better.

Amazing product!!
Works as expected, it’s my go to angle finder. I love the fact that is has a reverse button. I recommend this product for all your construction needs when it comes to finding your angle.

Worked great but loose battery slot led to its demise
Pros: This was easy to use and measured quite nicely. Cons: - The tightening knob loosened very readily - put some blue loctite on it so it holds better. - The battery holder didn't stay in well and would occasionally fall out. Finally, I was using this in a field and the battery holder fell out in the grass and was lost; I now have a completely analog angle duplicator that doesn't tell me what the angle is any more (basically a metal version of an ancient wood one I have), for the want of a likely 2 cent part. I'm now replacing this tool with a different one which hopefully holds the battery in better...

Great product if your looking for a $20 tool
1st off, I write reviews based on the description of the product and the cost compared to quality. I felt this T Bevel fit both criteria and I gave it 4 stars accordingly. If you are looking for a 20-something dollar tool that fairly accurately measures angles, this is a great little tool. If you are looking for something that will measure with a .0001% accuracy, come on, it's $20. For the record, I have better T- Bevels but none digital. I bought this for cutting trim, finding odd angles for framing and woodwork that does not need extreme precision, and checking my math on trig calculations. I calibrated it to my good square and checked it against several other know angles. So far, it's precision has been within what was listed on the box ( which I believe is .4 deg ??). For what it's used for, that is accurate enough for me. I'm sure for the majority of you, that is probably more precise than your saw. As others have mentioned/ complained about, the body is made out of plastic. In the hand, it does feel cheaply light despite it description stating " Made from impact resistant ABS" ( I know ABS is a light weight plastic, but it just looks like it should weigh more). However, as with any measuring tool, care should be taken anyhow to ensure the tool remains precise so I'm not sure the problem. Would you drop an expensive caliper or square on the ground? no. So shut up and be gentler on your tools. Bottom line, if you're looking for a relatively cheap tool that measures within 1 deg, this is a great tool. If you're looking for something better, stop looking in the cheap tools.

Ahorra mucho tiempo, pero no es uso rudo
definitivamente ahorra tiempo, para medir ángulos o trazar ángulos, lo que mas me gusta es la puesta a cero, si quieres calcular una desviación de 10 grados, la acomodad al primer ángulo la pones a cero y solo abres 10 grados y listo. otra función es que te da el ángulo inverso (0-180) (41.6-138.4), lo se uno lo puede sacar, pero te ahorra tiempo. tercera funciones HOLD guarda el ultimo ángulo por si no tienes a la mano lápiz y papel. la parte negativa, espere que el cuerpo fuera de aluminio o acero, pero es plástico barato, ni siquiera se siente plástico solido. solo por su función electrónica no la regrese, pero claramente no esta diseñada para llevarla en la caja de herramientas. otra queja es los botones acumulan polvo, por lo que decidí guardarla en una bolsa y una caja aparte.

Muy util
Es una herramienta que va de la mano con tu sierra de inglete, de hecho gracias a ella pude calibrar mi sierra correctamente. Es muy precisa, el material es de buena calidad no es profesional pero casi funciona como tal. Al apretar el tornillo para fijar la escuadra se pierde un poco la precisión. Me ayudó mucho para lograr cortes de madera mas precisos a 45 grados. Si la recomiendo.

Lo peor que he comprado en Amazon.
Antes que nada. No lo recomiendo para nada. Mucho menos por el precio (480.00 MXN aprox) Yo lo iba a utilizar para trabajo en madera y acero. Sinceramente me deje llevar por las opiniones, pero fue un gran error. 1. El aparato es mitad plástico y la regla es de metal lo cual hace que se sienta endeble por la parte del mango. Cualquier caída accidental y de a malas, lo rompe. 2. La perilla de ajuste es terrible. A la hora de aflojar la para conseguir un ángulo y después apretar, el ángulo se modifica hasta por 3 grados. 3. Es demasiado corto. Esto es subjetivo, a mi parecer si fuera de 25 a 30 cms de largo, lo hubiera aceptado mejor. Estoy demasiado tentado a devolverlo, tansolo de usarlo unas cuantas horas.

Do not buy this
I bought this for home Reno. Bad decision and money wasted. The tool is thick and it’s hard to get into the line to measure the angle. Not accurate and the top cap easily fell off. It didn’t add any benefit to my project, it ADDED more frustration and anger. I regret spending money on this.

Terrible. Sloppy manufacture. Innacurate.
This digital tool doesn’t not read accurately. The blade has play in it, which allows it to go out by up to 2.5 degrees in either direction. Impossible to measure an accurate angle. Don’t wast your money on this. Terrible fit and finish making its purpose unusable and therefore useless.
