Beautiful mirror and a great value!

After purchasing a foreclosed home I needed an inexpensive set of mirrors for the bath due to the fact the original mirrors had been removed. I ordered 2x of the Bleu wall mirrors and they are absolutely perfect! The hand polished edges and the hardware mounting equipment are all awesome and exceptional quality. The price point for these mirrors a great value. To install the mirrors you need a drill, phillips screwdriver, a rubber mallet and a person to help (the mirrors are kind of heavy). The hardware comes with the small tool to tighten the brackets once you have them on the wall. The installation instructions are printed on the outside of the box so make sure you take a picture of it or write it down before putting the box out for recycling because no other instructions are included. I'm guessing you can find the instruction on the company website but if you are somewhat handy with tools you should be fine. Make sure you have a level! These mirrors "float" on the wall so they stand out from the wall about 2" but it gives them a great effect. I'm guessing you could buy some different hardware if you wanted to flush mount them or use liquid nails (not a good option, but for a flat mount it should work). The manufacture makes other items to match the hardware but you could easily match it with towel holders etc from your local big box store. Enjoy!

Check the hinges!

So I've had a pair of these mirrors up for about a year and a half now. They're fine... I see myself and the black matches the rest of the fixtures. However, the other day I noticed one mirror was drooping a bit. When I adjusted it back, I noticed the hinge/mount seemed loose. Initially I thought I could snug it down with the screws on the bottom but that wasn't the case. I reached out to Gatco and they were ZERO help... So I decided to take the mirror down and see what broke. Fortunately nothing broke but a screw that held the two parts of the hinge together was very loose. While this was an easy fix, I'm extremally disappointed in the build quality. This is not something that should work itself loose, certainly not in under two years! Plus the only time it really moves is when I'm cleaning it!

Looks great & great price

I love this mirror. We hung it sideways as it fit the space better. The only thing that could be better is if there was a template provided. We hung it in an hour or so & took great care to measure 2x cut once. Hung on tile so needed to be very careful with our measurements Was easy to hang with 2 people but 1 could do it. Would recommend to anyone.

Looks very good

I remodeled one of my two bathrooms about two years ago and I needed a good mirror to finish out the project. I poured through amazon's choices and came across this piece. I fell in love with it when I saw and I love it now every time I walk into the bathroom. It's fairly large and has a sleek modern look that matches well with the other items in the bathroom. I only had a hard time installing it because I had to drill into large porcelain tiles but I'm certain it's an easy install on sheet rock or small tiles. I highly recommend this mirror.

Nice look for a new bathroom but may have to space lights out further

I bought these for my new bathroom design. I did not install them as I had a contractor. I don’t know them a lot so I don’t know how risky they are to fall off. I did have To have my contractor build a base to stick my lights out further above the mirrors. I love the look.

Insane Install + Overpriced

I consider myself pretty handy at installing stuff, and this was by far the hardest install I've ever done. It's absolutely maddening that this product does not include an accurate paper template to mark where to drill the holes. On top of that the proposed measurements on the box "instructions" aren't quite right. I had to install TWO of these side by side and it took me over 5 hours, and with 8 different mounts to install it was nuts. Due to the lack of template and good instructions I ended up creating quite a few unnecessary holes that I had to patch. We bought these mirrors because we needed something that floated two inches off the wall (to cover an outlet), so in the end it does that great and actually looks pretty cool. I would say that the mirrors are definitely overpriced at $120... it's a pretty standard mirror with cool hardware, $75-$80 would be more appropriate. Layer on that the insane install... I would say I don't recommend these unless you need the floating feature (and this was one of the only mirrors we found that does). Good luck

Les pentures ne sont pas droites..

Au prix que j'avais payé,(210. $ CA plus taxes..!! ).., je m'attendais à du solide . Premièrement j'ai commandé la couleur chrome et j'ai reçu fini "stainless.".. :(... Bon, un peu décue mais c'est joli quand même et j'ai attendu 2 semaines avant de le recevoir..donc je décidai de le garder.. Lors du montage nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il manquait deux vis.. Je suis donc partie avec une vis des 2 qui m'étaient fournies, pour aller en acheter des semblables à la cainquaillerie la plus proche..30 minutes de perdues! :(....Les vis ne se vendent pas individuellement j'ai donc été dans l'obligation d'acheter une boite complete. Bon, ce n'est pas si grave mais après avoir pris tous les soins possible, avoir bien mesurer, avoir utiliser l'equerre et le niveau et bien sûr avoir suivi toutes les instructions fournies à la lettre.. et 1 heure 30 plus tard, le beau miroir était finallement posé mais les charnières de chaque coté du miroir sur lesquelles il repose, semblent bien mal supporter le poids du mirroir et penchent vers le bas... Après avoir pris tant de soin, ça ne devrait pas! Est-ce que les charnières vont tenir le coup!!???.. Si je n'avais pas jeté le styrofoam qui protegeait le miroir lors de son transport dans l'amballage original, je le retournerais car je vois le défaut et j'aurai toujours la crainte de voir tomber le miroir si les charnières cèdent.. Je ne le recommande pas !
