These are good pans at a reasonable prices. With this material, although it's sturdy, you must take care not to leave it sitting in water; dry it after use and keep it away from sharp objects. If you take care of it, it should be OK, if not, the finish may begin to degrade ***had to edit this review. Tried slow cooking with a marinade. IF the cooking temperature is low and you leave it cooking for several hours, slow cooking, you may cause the coating to rust away along with the top of the pan above the fluid line.

Very hard to clean.

It is worth the price. However, not easy at all about the cleaning. I would like to spend more money and have another one which is easier to clean.

Very good quality, non stick and easy to clean. Have already used them for chicken, ribs and veggies. Great roasting pan and also made in the US of A.
