Pants not for someone with an inseam of 34 plus inches.
I used the rain pants during hunting season as we sometimes get rain rather than snow. I'm six feet tall with a pant inseam of 34 inches. I purchased an XL hoping that they would be a little longer than a large. However that was not the case. The pants for the most part worked as they kept all but the bottom three inches of my jeans dry. The bottom three inches of my jeans and my socks ended up getting soaked. I would strongly suggest the manufacturer consider making a "tall" rain pant in each of the regular sizes to cover those of us with long legs.

Fabric very waterproof. Zippers only water resistant.
Light cheap. Good camo print. Slightly noisy. Sounds like a thin tarp when you crumple fabric. The fabric itself is completely water proof. Like a standing puddle on the fabric with no leaks waterproof. But the zippers for the pockets are not. Just water resistant. So if there is standing water on the zippers it will very slowly seep through. Not much of an issue because the bottom zippers that will get the most wet have flaps to protect them and its unlikely you will have standing water on your upper pockets.

Dang fine rain pants
I’ve been using these for multi day backpacking. They are ultra light and very packable, and they protect me from wind and rain as well as any high-end 2, 2.5, or 3 layer fabrics ive used. The go on easily, and when worn, you can barely notice they are on. This newer fabric breathes well, and is far more durable than the old school frogg togg material, which used to shred and snag in the brush frequently. It’s a little more expensive with their new material, but it’s definitely worth it. Buy with confidence.

Great for keeping the rain out!
These are great for keeping the weather out! My only complaint is they are a bit noisy due to the materials used. True to size and roll up to a small size for storage!

Waterproof, Durable, Some Condensation
These are just about the best rain pants I've owned, and superior to even my Gore-tex rain pants. They're durable, fit well, and waterproof as far as I can tell after several tests. The only downside is a bit of condensation, but less than with Gore-tex, and far less than with nylon. Someday this company will figure out how to reduce condensation, and then they'll earn 5 stars, but for now, this is just about the best rain pants out there, that I have tested anyway. The others earn 2 to 3 stars, this one gets 4 stars and my recommendation for anyone out in the rain.

Great Rain Gear for Motorcycle
I bought this product for use as my rain gear for my motorcycle. The pants are great at sealing out all water with the zippered ankles. It easily goes on over other garments and boots. While it will keep you completely dry in a downpour, it also is very breathable, even if the sun comes out while still wearing. The sizing is also accurate, and the product fits close enough to your body (but not too tight) to keep it from becoming like a parachute while riding down the road.

Great product for the money.
As a long time motorcycle rider for both daily commuting and long distance, I've come to appreciate truly waterproof gear. For the money, these are very hard to beat. Totally waterproof for hours of use (something Gortex struggles with) these are perfect for camping or days spent out in the rain. A bit baggy for use on the bike but that's not what I bought them for though I wouldn't hesitate to use them under my protective gear in a toad strangler.

Great Rain Pants With Pocket Access
I chose these pants after much research. The long leg zippers and Velcro tabs at the bottom ensure a good fit. Access through the side pockets to my pants pockets was a key to making this choice. Since I carry my wallet in my left back pocket, the rain pants zipper access to my right rear pocket was of no use. The material seems to breathe well. I have a 40-inch waist and the Large size was perfect. I would strongly recommend these rain pants.
