acceptable for this price
for this price if it was polarized, it would be a steal! lightweight, comfortable but style isn't as great as it looks in pictures, that was a bummer, it's more of the shape then the design. The lenses passing good amount of light, if you are driving straight west around 5 pm, these won't stop getting you blinded, and the light hits from the sides or behind does glare on the lenses and may bug you pretty bad. quality is okay and built just right, but I would consider paying 20 more to get something with better lenses.

Good quality. Stylish. Would buy more form them.
These are a nice quality pair of shades. If I didn’t know better, I’d actually assume they were more expensive than they actually are. The lenses are good, and the design is super stylish. I like how durable they are for an aviator style. They don’t feel as delicate as a thin, metal rimmed framed design. The colors also seem to match everything. I use them for everyday driving or gardening as well as travel to the beach in style. The packaging is also really sleek, and comes in a tube with a rubber bracelet and a cloth dust bag. I do wish the “case” was hard and not just floppy cloth, but the drawstring bag does help to streamline and prevent minor scratching and can double as something to wipe the lens with. I would absolutely buy more or more from this brand after seeing the quality of these in person. Overall I’d recommend them.

Apparently not for 60+ year old men
My wife and I were driving on a sunny day and I put these Foster Grant Sun Luv Life Rocks Aviator Sunglasses on. After a while I noticed my wife was staring at me. I asked her why. She asked me where I got the sunglasses. "Amazon" was my reply. She didn't say much. I asked her if she liked them. She hesitated and then said that the sunglasses are fine but they don't look right on me! I asked what she meant and she stated that they would probably look better on my 26 year old daughter. Therefore, this review is based on the 20 minutes I was allowed to wear them. I thought they fit my large face nicely (I was told they are supposed to look oversized on the person wearing them) but they were just starting to get a little bit uncomfortable - just a very little bit. They did block the sun very well and allowed for clear vision and therefore, safe driving. I was a disappointed that my wife wasn't impressed with my fashion forward sense (LOL) but I think my daughter will be thrilled with them.

Snug Fit, Good Quality, NON-Polarized glasses
I ordered this pair of glasses to keep in my car. While there are some positive aspects, there are also some negative aspects to these glasses to keep in mind when considering whether to purchases them. Pros: * They are well made. Not flimsy, but also not heavy on your face * They ARE lightweight, but not the lightest glasses I've owned. However, they are still plenty light to be comfortable sitting on your face. * They are comfortable, and a bit snug - which I personally prefer. Cons: * They are non-polarized. I didn't realize how much of a difference polarized vs. non-polarized there was. These do not provide any relief from glare - especially on water. While not bad for spare glasses, they are a bit on the pricey side considering the minimal protection from glare.

Decent sunglasses
These sunglasses come in a fancy little tube, wrapped up in a cotton bag. The brand/style adorn the tube, the bag, and the glasses - "Foster Grant SunLuv A4114A," even on the glass itself, which isn't exactly my style. These glasses do appear to block sun pretty well. I haven't had the opportunity to wear them on a very sunny day, but I imagine they will work quite well. Something I try to find when purchasing new glasses is a pair that will stand up to a lot of bumps and falls. I have kids and nothing is sacred. These heavy duty plastic frames seem like they will withstand a lot of chaos. They aren't anything exceptionally fancy, but they will certainly do the trick.

Trendy tortoise style sunglasses with UV coating.
Very happy with these sunglasses I ordered. The gray tortoise design adds a touch of style and the glasses offer great protection against the sun. These sunglasses are non-polarized and have a UV protection coating. Typically polarized sunglasses are more effective for reducing sun haze or glare, however, I've been wearing these to my kid's soccer games, spending all day in the sun and they do a fine job. I've never felt that they were ineffective. The UV coating seems to be enough. The glasses fit great and feel very sturdy. For the price, they are a good value. Nice sunglasses, would recommend them. Also makes a good gift item.

Not Really Aviator -- Thank Goodness
I associate aviator glasses with the 1980s -- those droopy, wire-rimmed frames -- and thankfully these are those, not just in material but also in shape. The only thing they have in common is a more-or-less straight line across the top of the frame and a cutout between the top and the bridge. The lens shape does not drop as low, looking more square at the bottom than the aviators of old. The black-and-gray plastic frame is lightweight, and it sits comfortably on my nose. The plastic lenses are not polarized. I have sensitive eyes, though, and they aren't dark enough to keep me from squinting a little on bright days. For cloudy or winter days, though, they work well. I prefer polarized, darker lenses, but these work well as emergency sunglasses when I forget my usual pair, as a spare in the car, and for travel when I fear losing my more expensive sunglasses. These are not premium sunglasses, and they aren't priced as if they were. You'd likely find these sunglasses on a store's rack rather than behind a glass case. For the price, they are great. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Cheap looking and feeling.
I would have guessed these were 10-15 dollar gas station glasses. They were cheap feeling and color was washed out. Lense quality was meh.
