Don't buy this if you're looking for quality

The price of this backpack is good, it is low cost, but its build quality is not that great. I wasn't expecting much durability when I purchased it, the front pocket zipper did not last more than 6 months before it broke. I used it to carry very light items; I cannot imagine someone purchasing this backpack for use to carry heavy school books or any hiking gear. On the plus side the shoulder straps are very comfortable. The backpack is made is very thin material, this is not for you if you are looking for a durable backpack. PROS: - The shoulder straps are padded and are extremely comfortable CONS: - The entire backpack is made of thin material that is not durable - The zippers are extremely flimsy, the front pocket zipper broke in less than 6 months Country of Origin: China

good quality

zippers hold very well and the material holds long time. interesting, it is kind of elastic so if you have more material, it bulks (bulges) considerably, so more size for you. The straps take awhile until you fix them to your wish, but they are durable. It does retain water well, so careful when it rains.

Great Product for the Price!

I bought this backpack as a "Bug Out" bag. I chose this particular one because it was a good size and the price was low. I would recommend this backpack to anyone who needs a roomy pack but no a lot of small compartments.

Cheap in every way...

This is a very cheap backpack, both in price and quality. One of the straps is now attached by threads and the top has a spreading hole of frayed threads, as well. It's now ready for the trash, but it DID last for a year-and-a-half with pretty heavy use. For about $8, what more could you expect? It's a no-frills pack that is functional, but certainly not great. Adequate, especially for the price.

Great, sturdy backpack!

I bought this backpack for a weekend trip to NYC. I wore it around town almost the entire time I was there - on subways, buses, and while on foot. It was very comfortable and held a lot of stuff.

Somewhat functional

Nicely made and functional. Sadly, my first time using it the leather stitching holding the strap buckles in place broke on each leaving me to get creative on a three week trip abroad. Later the other stitching came loose on the strap holding the two draw strings together. I'd give it a five if it wasn't for these two issues as the fabric is very durable and the zippers work well.
