Perfect

This stuff is great! Put it on dry or wet. Gently massage then wipe off. Doesn’t hurt eyes. Best for removing eye makeup. I had black and red hair dye get on my neck, this even removed it with no scrubbing. Kids get permanent marker on them, this gets it off no complaints. I love this stuff. I buy a jar a month with how often and who all in my house uses it for everything! I will absolutely lose my mind if they ever stop making this!

Works great

I was very skeptical of using a product like this I figured it leave my face feeling greasy. My granddaughter has this and let me try hers and I was really surprised how little you need to remove your makeup and fast. I have dry skin made my face feel smooth. I ordered it and even got it set for subscribe and save. Definitely use the spatula to scoop it out onto your hands makes it easier and i store the spatula in the jar. I only use this on days I wear makeup. Also you don't need to use a facial cleanser afterwards. Just use luke warm water and a face cloth to remove it. Also there is no scent.

Very soft

I love this it makes my skin feel soft and nice its better than the makeup removers/wipes. When touching the skin its soft and removes more when you put the melting makeup remover and with makeup wipes and removers it doesn't really remove that much and the wipes hurt my skin. I recommend it for sensitive skin and if you want something more easy to take off.

Best for removing makeup!

I am used to using micellar water with cotton pads to take off my makeup and it has been damaging my skin. With this makeup remover, it gently takes off your makeup and leaves a layer of moister for your skin. It feels greasy when you first put it on but does a great job of removing any and all makeup. It's also great if you have sensitive skin!

Love it

I was a little skeptical about this product but I was so wrong.... this is a great product. First time I used it, it was after cleaning my face with another makeup Remover and you can really see all the makeup lifting up from your skin, it was so weird on a satisfying kinda way. Super disappointed of the other product. 2nd time I used it by it self and it was great. Didn't need anything else to cleanse my face with, this little thing does the job. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

What a terrific product!

When I put this on and felt how 'greasy' it was, I thought, "Oh no- this was a mistake!" I thought it was going to be impossible to wash off and would leave my skin greasy and clog my pores. I could not have been more wrong. It did *exactly* what it claimed to do - just melted the makeup right off- and after wiping off with a warm washcloth, it was gone and left my face soft but not greasy at all. I didn't notice any particular scent. This will definitely be my go-to makeup remover from now on. I've had a lot of good experiences with e.l.f. products lately... go e.l.f.!

Wow!!

I was a little skeptical but this stuff is amazing. I use it to clean the makeup off of my face. It doesn’t take much, about the size of a dime. Use your hands to rub it all over your face then get a wet rag to wipe your face. It literally melts your makeup off of your face. I will never use another makeup remover.

Does the job ????

I was looking for inexpensive makeup remover balms so I decided to try this and I made the right choice. The texture of the product is not too thick nor watery and it's not messy to use. I Iike that it removes my foundation essily even when just I'm using a small amount. Although, I am not fond of the artificial smell but it's not that overpowering. Overall, I would definitely purchase again.

Amazing cleansing balm

If you're looking for a inexpensive cleansing balm id recommend this elf balm as no1. Compared to other balms it doesnt leave any residue, it has a light fragrance, works really well removing makeup with only a little amount of product and also doesnt make my acne worse ! Originally i was skeptical in balms as its an oil but what ive come to in conclusion that this balm helped in cleansing my skin well and ultimately my acne went away. Also ive noticed my lashes looking thicker and longer ( i think its because of the acid in the balm) In order to use this properly make sure you emulsify the product first by massaging it between your fingers then rubbing it on your dry face gently. No water at first and then after rinse This balm worked for me but may not work for others.

Fantastic makeup melts off

Bought this as I have been recommend to use balm to remove make up This is a well known brand and got it on a great price so thought I would give it a go Melts my make up off lovely absolutely no scrubbing and will continue to buy I recommend to my sister in law as she uses a well known more expensive different Brand

Wasn’t hydrating for me

I usually use the No7 one but wanted to try this. Mine had little tiny crystals in it which scratched my face a bit. Not sure if this is normal. It also left my skin really dry after rinsing, which seems crazy for an oily balm.
