Best Bassinet and Excellent Customer Support!
I did a lot of research when looking for a bassinet for my new born, and eventually went with Dream On Me Breeze Swivel Bassinet. I do not regret it even for a moment. It's worth every penny that's spent on it! It's sturdy, yet not too bulky to stay near my bed side. The swiveling feature made it super easy for me when I need to get off bed or pick up baby from the bassinet. The adjustable height and mobility certainly guarantee the convenience when we need to move the bassinet to be close by another bed or sofa in another room. The mattress is firm. The mattress cover that comes along is in great quality. The Mobile module that's included is very cute. It even has vibration feature! The music, mobile, vibration and small night light (separately button controlled) will stay on for about 5-10 minutes once turned on. That's been entertaining and helpful with soothing my baby during daytime or at bedtime before he falls asleep. One last thing I'd like to mention is the 5 star customer support! When I had a part that I'd need replacement for, I just visited their website through "get product support" on my order page. I found their website very easy to navigate through. Rahul stepped in to help me with the whole progress with detailed instruction and information after I submitted a request email. The replacement part came in super fast, and has been working well. Overall, I loved the product, and have enjoyed the purchase experience very much. If you are looking for a reliable bassinet with satisfying functions, and don't want to get broke, go with this one.

Greatly exceeded expectations!
How do I love this bassinet? Let me count the ways: 1). It is sturdy. This bassinet is made of metal, not plastic. It is heavier than a typical bassinet. I don’t think it can be easily turned over by siblings or pets. I have 3 grandchildren, and we also love the Karley bassinet. It is beautiful and functional, but does not have the sturdiness of this bassinet. 2) The mattress is high quality. Surprisingly, the mattress is a good thickness, a full inch at least. It makes a nice firm sleeping surface for baby. The bassinet is actually manufactured by Evolur. The mattress attaches to the frame so it cannot move. It fits snugly in the bassinet. Extremely safe-no way for little wrigglers to get trapped anywhere. 3). It swivels and is height adjustable. I don’t know if my daughter will use this function, but it’s nice to have that option. It reminds me of a halo without the flexible side. 4) The mobile itself is worth the price! The mobile has a nightlight, option for vibration, classical music and nature sounds, or turning. It also has a remote control. 5). Cuteness factor is high! The photos don’t do the bassinet justice. So many functional items are plain looking. This bassinet is wonderfully functional and cute. The cover will be nice for visitors-both for cuteness and to keep a good distance, to keep Covid away. 6) Portability-The bassinet rolls fairly easily, and will fit through a doorway. I don’t think it would be easy for traveling by plane, but could be disassembled and put into a car fairly easily. 7) The most important-Courteous customer service with the Dream on Me family. I needed one replacement part, and got in touch with Rahul, a real person! He quickly shipped another part and followed up with me, even emailed me the tracking information. This turned me into a raving fan for this company! Truly amazing! Would I buy again? Absolutely! Was I paid for this review? No.

Easy Assemble
The media could not be loaded. I used this for my 11 month old nephew memorial service. I put it together myself and it was easy to follow the instructions.

Me podrían ayudar para estar feliz con mi compra
el moisés está bien si me gusto, el único problema es que no funciono el aparato que hace que giren los objetos de peluche, tampoco funciono el vibrador del moisés ni luces y menos la música la verdad yo compre este moisés por esas funciones para tener entretenido a mi bebe pero no se pudo no lo regrese porque mi bebe nació dos días después de que me llego el Moisés y no tuve oportunidad pero si me gustaría que me dieran una solución el vendedor
