Good toothpaste for babies/toddlers
My daughter seems to like this toothpaste ALOT (even though it tastes gross to me lol). Very simple ingredients and contains fluoride which checks all the boxes. I’m generally a paranoid mom lol and I trust and am happy with this brand and toothpaste.

Baby Teeth. They are there, So, you must take care
Features: Fresh Unique Natural Protects Clean formulas Delicate textures Strawberry flavor Reasonably priced Sealed for protection Expiration date near (2+) years out Helps maintain oral & dental hygiene Date of manufacture was not noted on box Cleans baby’s mouth, tongue, gums, and teeth Considerations: Ask your pediatrician Keep in cool and dry space What was received? I received a very professional looking, thick, sturdy, rectangular cardboard package, sealed with a large sticker of several inches in length and width on the front of the package. The package’s size being 6.50” x 4.50” x 2.25.” Total weight about eight (8) ounces. Inside the package were three (3) tubes of toothpaste that weighed in at about 166 grams, so roughly 55 grams a box. Each box was about 5½” x 1½” each. Each tube inside measured about 4.75” x 1” (diameter cap – the bottom of the tube tapering down to a flat edge of about 1½” wide. The toothpaste boxes were very colorful, with lots of information on them. Each tube of toothpaste, under the cap, was sealed (much appreciated). Made in the USA, hooray. The paste This 1.4-ounce – 40-gram tube of semi-clear gel like strawberry flavored toothpaste has a soft, and smooth texture and [although there is no accounting for taste, is quite good (adult tested)], but with a tiny tad of aftertaste, so babies are smacking their lips after a brushing. The many features we described above are important considerations that we look for in a toothpaste. We want to protect and care for our babies’ teeth. This helps. Shelf-life Six (6) months, as suggested on the tube, I think from when opened. However, the tube itself has an impression surrounding the expiration date of 03/2025, so this seems fresh, when received, January 2023. What it does have Natural ingredients, for instance, natural strawberry flavor and Xylitol to balance the acidity in baby’s mouth. Listed ingredients were Xylitol, Glycerin, Aqua (water), propanediol, sorbitol, pectin, Xanthan Gum, Silica, sorbic acid, aroma (flavor), calcium lactate. I do not find these ingredients objectionable. What it does not have We did notice that this does not contain fluoride, parabens, sulfates, SLS, flavors, dyes, or harmful petrochemicals, which we liked. What we do All we do is squeeze a very small amount, no greater than a pea onto the bristles of a bamboo ultra-soft baby toothbrush (or a finger brush) and use delicate circular motions at each tooth and the general gum area. Rinsing is a little more challenging, so we use that finger brush dipped repeatedly in water. Our regimen is at least by the end of the day or if we are having a cooperative day, twice a day. Warnings and cautions As is with all products, use, as directed, is critically important. Although suggested as being safe, we try to minimize actions that will promote toothpaste being swallowed. Also, we absolutely make sure to have no eye contact to avoid flushing babies’ eyes, as this has silica as a listed ingredient. Silica is an abrasive. Importance of doing this Maintaining oral hygiene is paramount, no matter what age, this helps. Whether tongue, cheeks, gums, and/or teeth. Using this made in Israel oral hygiene toothpaste to prevent accumulation of food, liquid residues, resultant acids and bacteria, could aide in the prevention of cavities, oral infections and/or gum diseases. Studies suggest that having cavities by age (5) suggests adult cavities likely. We do not want that. Studies also suggest that even when a cavity ravaged tooth is gone, its infection may continue. Even when there are no teeth, hygiene is important. Sometimes our babies are fussy and put-up a fight, however, we do not want them to suffer, later. So, a brushing we will go. Twice a day. Further, the process allows our babies to experience the benefits of stimulating the gums, inner cheeks, palette, cleaning the tongue, and wiping down teeth. Results were surprising and stimulating. Good way to start training baby to expect future oral health care. The tube is individually sealed. We liked that. Consult Always consult with doctor/dentist prior to use. Keeping baby clean, from head to toe, is important. Along with nose and diaper wipes, these are a part of an overall hygiene care kit that is helpful. I hope my thoughts were informative.
