Hormonal acne

As far as I can tell after using this scrub combined with the benzoyl peroxide daily face wash my skin has cleared up pretty good compared to the last 2 years I have been fighting an uphill battle. Still going to see a dermatologist but so far acne has held at bay

Not for sensitive skin, be so careful

If you have sensitive skin then skip this product or limit use to once a week. This product chemically burnt my eyelids and I didn't even use it near my eyes, just the run off from rinsing the product off my face two days in a row caused immense irritation. My eyelid is so red and puffy as well as the skin just below my eyes. I've put full strength retinol on my eyelids before and maybe they got a little dry but never felt burnt. It also is extremely drying. I will say that this product is effective at exfoliating pores tho. This really helped get rid of most of my sebaceous filaments and made the rest super easy to extract by hand. While using the product I can even feel it pulling out pore clogs that are ready to come out. Def use sparingly tho and do not pair with any actives. I normally use benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid every night after washing my face and this combination cause tons of inflamed redness on my face. Do not use this as part of a double cleanse routine and follow it only with soothing serums and moisturizers.

Nice exfoliate 2-3 times a week

There’s definitely something that goes on when using this product. Lol I have very sensitive skin and it doesn’t hurt, but there’s some tingling that can be felt when using this. Face feels nice and clean after use. Since I have very sensitive skin, I opted not to use this everyday to avoid unnecessary irritation. I use this 2-3 times a week with no problem and follow up with my first aid Beauty moisturizer. Will purchase again!

Exfoliates well.

Not sure if this is for sensitive skin, this takes off my makeup and the scent is pleasant. Repeat purchase for me.

The scrub is nothing special

I got the brightening face scrub. And was not very happy for it. The formula is sort of creamy. But the exfoliants are tiny beads that don’t exfoliate very well. As for being brightening I haven’t noticed a difference. If you’re looking for a good face scrub like I was I would pass on this.
