Top notch quality

I've used Danze Parma in 4 bathroom remodels over the past 10+ years. They are rugged but still look great. I've hung wet washcloths on both the towel bars and hooks multiple times over the years and never had any discoloration or rust.

LOOK MODERN - CHEAPER THAN BUILDER CHARGED

We purchased these for our new construction home because the rest of the fixtures in the bathroom are Parma. The builder charged us $50 to add one, so we decided to order and install them ourselves. Fairly easy to install, as expected. WE have installed them on the backs of our bathroom doors and in the wall. They are all sturdy. I can't really hang one towel on each side; it has to go over the whole hook. You can hang too robes on it if the robes have the loops in them. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL TO YOU? Best hooks ever!

If you like quality and sleek clean lines, you will love these hooks! Don't be fooled by the lookalike alternative they sell at Home Depot. I was. They look the same but the metal is much softer and the screws end up damaging the attaching plate behind the hook, so after a while the hook starts coming loose. That will never happen with the Danze model. You'll pay a little more but it will hold forever. And they look so sleek, I even have 3 of them in my masters bedroom. I attach them vertically, instead of horizontally so anything that hangs on them will hold much better and not slide off. Nice tip for the ladies: these hooks also look great in a cluster of three or four, for displaying you coolest necklaces as a vignette on the wall.

Great Quality

Just remodeled our bathroom and choose to go with the Danze Parma line for almost all of the new fixtures. This include the towel bars, toilet paper holder, shower valve w/cover and the slide hand shower kit. As with all of these Danze products the quality is just superb. The only reason I gave this robe hook only four stars is that after mounting it on the bathroom door, it sticks out so far that it hits the wall behind the door. I'm using a wall mounted door bumper that hits the door handle. A little more thought to the actual common placement for this product and they could have designed it 1/2" shorter..

Robes fall in floor... Too short, needs curve ...

Agreed that brushed nickel is beautiful ... This company's items are heavy-duty and will stand up to a lifetime of 'hanging around'... (pun intended).... I bought this "hang-up-double-bar" at same time as the vertical TP holder.... Well, the "hook" was a let down for only one reason, the "T" shape.... mounted "T", bar is too straight to keep two items hung up.... I finally mounted it the sideways direction to keep a robe on.... looks more like a straight line "l" now .... works great that way, but now I need another actual hook, for the second robe... If it had a curve to hold the garment on the bar, it would work... but... too short... I plan to buy another hook in brushed nickel, but more of a "J" or a double "JJ"

So, I just got off the phone with customer service, which was terrible. I planned to hang this hook on tile, and when the box arrived it said on the back that for tile installation, masonry anchors must be purchased separately. I do not see this anywhere on the website description. Yes, there is mounting hardware included, but only if you plan to hang on drywall or wood stud. The box says to call them with any questions because "we don't bite", so I called them to ask what size masonry screws and anchors would I need to mount these on tile. First the rep told me that "the mounting hardware is included" so I had to explain for the second time that I am mounting on tile and it's NOT included. After a lengthy hold time, the rep came back on the line to tell me that "we don't provide this information". Sure, I could go to the local hardware store and probably find what I need, but why would I use the convenience of ordering via Amazon when I could have just gone to the local hardware store in the first place as I'm sure they sell these types of hooks, too? I am returning the hooks.

Love Danze!!

We redid our 3 bathrooms in our old home 10 years ago and strictly used Danze. We loved their fixtures and wanted to recreat some of that old magic in our new home..

Works great

I bought three of these to hold our bath towels and a hand towel. Our bath towels are extremely thick and heavy and the hooks manage to "hold onto the towels" extremely well. Of course, our heavy robes stay on them too, but their real purpose is for our bath towels. The one I use for a hand towel by the vanity sink also works well. Naturally, a hand towel is not the heft of a bath towel. So, our experience with these robe hooks is very good and we have not experienced the problems of falling towels that some other reviewers have reported.

Quality and price

Very good quality. This is the fourth and fifth one of these hooks that I have purchased and they are all good quality, mount easily and look great.
