Great for that special nostalgic party!

The material seems to be very thin which will be easily damaged or thorn. However seeing this is a specialty item that's going to be worn occasionally, it's excellent for what you pay for.

I could've made a better quality costume myself if I had the time

Ordered XS, larger than expected, will take in the waist. Very cheap quality, basically a large peice of blue felt sewn in the shape of a skirt. The poodle is printed on & will crack or wash off if not careful. The white 'leash' design is a string glued on. I could've made a better quality costume myself if I had the time.

Worst poodle skirt ever!!!

Description claimed that it was a dress and that belt, scarf and iron on decals were included. Nope! Just got an ugly felt skirt that was way too big!! Do not buy this!! And 100% polyester??? If felt is the new polyester then they’re bang on????

Caveat Emptor! Quality of material is cheap.

Material is not great it's like the a heavy felt that does not look like clothing. For a costume and short usage it's fine. But very cheap quality. You get what you pay for.
