Youth size not adult size

I ordered this with the impression it was adult sized. I got it and it ended up being a YOUTH! I am a small adult so I ordered the small, thinking it’ll be a little big or fit just right. I got it and it ended up being a size 7/8 in children’s.

Not at all as depicted or described

This clearly states it is being sold as an adult size small, however as you can clearly see from my photos that the tag inside of this jacket says “girls”. This item is not an adult size item! This looks like it would fit a 12 year old girl, not an adult.
