Der Marea wurde in Italien entworfen und hergestellt, der Supernova Dry wurde in Italien entworfen und in Taiwan hergestellt. Cressi ist seit 1946 ein Markenpionier für Tauch-, Schnorchel- und Schwimmausrüstung. Der Schnorchel-Wassersammler mit Spülventil ermöglicht ein schnelles und einfaches Ablassen des Wassers. Great Set

Former diver, now primarily snorkeling. These were a great set of inexpensive but not a cheap product. I'll be happy to have these for occasional snorkeling trips. I find it much better to have my own, then to rely on rentals.

Great set. Good visibility, comfort and quality--vastly better than US divers.

update: July 2022, almost EIGHT years later, and I'm still using this set. The silicone has yellowed but still works great. Came to purchase another for family. I purchased this set after my US Divers snorkel broke after about an hour of use (http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B004TTMGL4/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0). I'm glad it did because the set is far far superior in terms of visibility, comfort, quality and (likely) durability. With this mask, I stayed in the water longer and could see much more that those using other sets. I usually use a snorkel/mask at least once a week during the summer in rivers and oceans. This set seems as though it will last a few seasons. The mask is comfortable, has good visibility and fogs minimally (though I do treat with baby shampoo before every use). It seems to be of good quality. It has a convenient clip that allows easy attachment/detachment of the snorkel to the mask. The dry snorkel works amazingly well. I haven't had trouble with water in my mouth/lungs. It also has a neat style because the tube is clear. The mouthpiece is comfortable and tasteless. The bag seems a bit pointless because it doesn't breathe so I use a mesh one instead that allows the set to dry completely. I would buy this set again and have recommended it to others.

Smaller than expected mask

This is a great set but the mask is on the smaller side. I am 6’2” average build and this mask is small on me. It fits my wife perfectly. I haven’t used it yet and a little concerned it might let water leak in a few places due to the silicone skirt not sitting properly on my face. Everything received was as advertised. Very nice quality.

The quality is excellent, and the dry snorkel works amazingly well - ...

We bought two of these - one in yellow and one in pink - for our 10 and 11 year old to use on our recent trip to Florida. They fit perfectly, and performed amazingly well on all of the snorkeling trips that we took, and even just while looking for shells along the beach and playing in the pool. They never had any issues with fogging, even though we didn't pre-treat the mask. The quality is excellent, and the dry snorkel works amazingly well - overall, a great buy, and would definitely purchase again!

Overall a great product. Used in Belize. Mask is very comfortable. Some water does get in through top of snorkel especially in choppy waters, but it's going to happen if you're swimming and diving in the ocean.

Next time buy separately.

Needed the new snorkel and mask for a trip, but found the mask leaks under the nose. Older version of same Cressi Marea mask had a little more material in this area. Snorkel was fine. Next time will buy separately so that mask can be returned if it doesn't fit well.

Great product made well

Ordered my first wetsuit at age 71 and this to go with it. Have been practicing in the pool and love my Cressi, I wear contacts and this works perfectly, Haven't had any leaks and can see while I snorkel!!

Great snorkel that's been around the world

I bought this for my other half when going on holiday and they have had some use all across the caribbean as well as across the greek isles. They are a decent fit and have a valve that stop water travelling back in the snorkel. They come in a bag which has worn well as it has been well used. The mask is a good fit and of decent quality and shows no signs of wear - Overall a good, cheap snorkel that has taken some battering but never let us down.

Really good mask and snorkel set

Great drytop snorkel, no problems even when diving. A definite improvement over the old u-bend tubes. Great mask too, completely defogged after only one or two preps. Gives a good if magnified view (which can actually be handy for seeing things without diving). Not as uninterrupted a view as the F1 (can see a little of the frame) but still a really good seal and comfortable mask. Recommended.

Good quality but we couldn't get on with product.

Overall the item seems to be of high quality, but unfortunately we were hampered with usage issues. We found the attachment clip that links the snorkel to the mask, to be nearly impossible to use comfortably. They have tried to make a quick-release system, where the buckle can be clipped into the a fitment on the snorkel, but for us it kept detaching when in use, and was uncomfortable otherwise even after 10-15mins of fiddling, where as other masks we had with us were in use straight away with no issues. The mask must be specifically a female fit, as no amount of adjustment could stop it leaking around the nose when shared with husband and son. In summary, what appears a quality item didn't work out for us this time :-(

Good quality set

Used to snorkel in Mexico. Mask fits snuggly so no water leaking in. Snorkel worked fine and mouthpiecevwas comfortable. Mask and snorkel are lightweight and carry case is a bonus so you can seal it up , to carry inside your luggage. Useful for protecting it from damage but also to keep any sand or salt watervsmell contained.

Nice portable kit

Nice portable kit, the snorkel in particular is really good and the splash guard works well which is reassuring since inhaling water is no fun unless you're a fish . The mask I liked a lot but I found it let in water from the nose up a fair amount. Face shapes vary and if I'd tightened it enough to leave marks it might still have happened since it it was happening from the bottom and not the sides. Would have been more of an issue if I was diving, but since snorkelling, didn't mind it.
