Not 125V - Should drop one leg of power to convert to 125V Getting 240V!!
As soon as we received this product the first issue was that it doesn't fit into standard 50AMP Marine Shore Power plugs. We remedied this, but now it's not giving the boat proper voltage. Instead of dropping one leg of power to convert 50Amp 240V into 30Amp 120V it's giving 30amp side of adapter the full 240V which could be a huge issue with boats only setup to accept 120 - 130V of power. I would never recommend these plugs for anyone and hope that the supplier reaches out to fix this issue or at least shed some light on it.

Incorrect description - this is NOT Marine shore power
Product identified as "marine shore" 50 amp to marine shore 30 amp. This has 50 amp prongs for RV use? WOW! It's so misleading, the standard for marine is a round plug, which this is shaped and even the same color scheme. RV PLUGS ARE GENERALLY PEAR SHAPED. VERY INCONVENIENT. 50 AMP MARINE SHORE POWER PLUGS SHOULD HAVE 1 STRAIGHT BLADE AND 2 BENT. THIS ONLY HAS ONE BENT BLADE.

Highly recommend.
What I like about this "Pig tail" is it's shorter than most. I feel it is easier to secure it safely to the power supply and not have excess cord at connection dangle over water. Why I bought it. My 1979 Harbor Master house boat is on Kentucky Lake (TN River). As I have changed Marina's over the years going south ~ 30- 50 mi ea time. Three of the Marina's had different hook ups for shore power. Speaking to Captains doing the GREAT LOOP; More than one adapter is A MUST.

Wrong Plug
Purchased for my boat, but apparently there are more than one plug arrangement as this one would not fit the outlet we have. Had to go to a marine store and spend more money to get the right one.

This is indeed a Marine Shore Power Adapter !!!
OceanSU is incorrect & misleading LOL with his/her review. There are some marinas that do have 50a/125v receptacles where they only have (1) bent 90deg. tab located in the "W" position. Thanks Product identified as "marine shore" 50 amp to marine shore 30 amp. This has 50 amp prongs for RV use? WOW!
