Good for platinum, grey and silver blonds

The product is good. Please note that it works good only with blond grey, silver or platinum tones. Don’t expect to get a pure color without oranges undertones on brunette with Cooper in formulas! Thanks to CHI that after wash you will not be have any new blue colors on the hair. The shampoo is very thick but you need only few drops for a full head :) Unfortunately I got a damaged bottle :(

Confused and Misleading

After utllizibg shampoo as explained in the instructions it's supposed to kick off brassy, orange undertones item did exactly that color turn beautiful when washing but when it dried my hair turned a penny color, exactly what I did not want.

Not what I’ve come to expect from Chi!

I have always loved all the cheap products. So I was surprised after using this product. While it did not stain my hands, which garnered it an extra star, it also didn’t tone my hair. No noticeably strong or a foul odor. It is kind of thick for shampoo but it lathers very well. Says to leave on 5-7 minutes I believe so I left it on for 10! Even more disappointed bcuz still no noticeable improvement. :/ Chi needs to rework this product!!
