No pressure relief valve. All sprayers should have a pressure relief valve for safety.

I'd give it 5 stars except for one problem, there is no pressure relief valve. Instead you have to unscrew the lid slowly to let the pressure out. That means unless you lay a heavy towel over it or somehow manage to point it away from you while simultaneously unscrewing the tight lid you get a face full of mist containing whatever chemical you had in the sprayer. All these sprayers should have a pressure relief valve for safety. Other than that, the handle of the wand works well (doesn't not stick on or off). It takes relatively few pumps to bring it up to pressure. When coupled with the Chapin 6-4566 4-Position Adjustable Nozzle it makes a fantastic plant watering sprayer though to be sure, 3 gallons of fertilizer water is heavy.

opens and refills easily. Holds air pressure from use to use

I use this thing for hours a week, every week and it has held up admirably for over eight months now. Never clogs, nothing has broken or needed to be replaced. It pumps, sprays, opens and refills easily. Holds air pressure from use to use. The nozzle adjusts the spray easily and dependably. It's fallen off my tailgate when I forgot to put it up twice and the sprayer still survives and works like new. I can't say enough about this thing!

Sturdy, But Overpriced

This two gallon sprayer is well constructed, but (IMHO) is quite overpriced for what you actually get!

Chapin has great customer service!

When a had an issue with a broken part, Amazon was no help. I went directly to Chapin and they sent me a new part, free of charge!

Good sprayer and doesn't clog

I have used this for about a year and works great, the sprayer doesn't clog and is relatively easy to pump with good pressure. The spray wand has good length and easy to control. The sprayer at 3 gallons is heavy when full and difficult to lug around, the measuring cup is made of brittle plastic and quickly broke soon after, I just replaced it with a measuring cup that came with concentrated weedkillers.

I like it

I mainly wanted this for the brass tip since the plastic ones seem to go bad pretty quick. I wish I could have gotten a 2 gal, but since that wasn't an option, I just fill this one to the 2 gal mark and I'm good to go. Works very nicely and doesn't leak (so far).

Chapin SureSpray Good For Multiple Purposes

Chapin Sprayer was a little confusing to put together since the install instructions that come with it is for more than one model. Once you do figure out how, it is pretty straight forward how to use it. I managed to spray the weeds in a number of places around the outside of the house with easy. Would definitely recommend.

Works well

I'm using this pump with WeedBGone and it performs as expected. The only negative from my perspective is in bleeding off pressurised air with the handle/pump. It would be better if it had a small, covered valve on the body.
