Loose threads but fitted form is nice

I've had no problems with the fit of this jacket and I'm not terribly skinny. I would not recommend buying this jacket in a larger size than you actually are. The sleeves and shoulder length (medium size) are just perfect for me - I'm 5'11" 185lb. There are loose threads everywhere at the ends of the stitching which really stand out. A lot of them I've cut off with an X-acto knife, while some of them I've just left because I'm not entirely a perfectionist. There is no loop from which to hang this jacket on a coat hook, so you just have to hang it from the collar which will definitely wear down the inside of the jacket. Being a quilted kinda puffy jacket like this, having it fitted is nice because most puffy jackets are not the most appealing. It's very stylish and worth the price.

Good jacket!

So I read all the reviews, and it seemed as if most people were ordering one size larger. That didn't work for me. I'm 5'-6", 127lbs. I ended up getting the jackets in olive and black. The "small" worked perfect! and I'm returning the mediums. Both jackets look great! I give it 4 stars because I feel that the collars should lay flat. The collars seem somewhat stiff and depending on how I move around the collar will rise slightly off the surface. It's somewhat subtle. However, I'm sure my tailor can fix the issue with an invisible snap sewed in. Aside from the collar issue, the jackets have a nice silhouette, are made well, and are warm and comfortable on a cold day.

Brixton...good deal!

I’ve been looking for a nice lightweight shirt jacket in black. This Brixton jacket is just what I needed, not too loose but just enough to wear over all your fall shirts and sweaters.

Right jacket, wrong color

The description said it was a cass jacket but I was looking for a different color. The navy/brown is the same as the color choice on the Braxton website, but here they show a different jacket on the image. Oh well. Not THAT big of a deal.

fits great. warm. looks good.

Great for Texas in the winter where it does not get too cold, but need something a little warmer. It looks like just a shirt from the pix, but its quite thick. Its a bit stiffer than i would like. Good for casual and semi-casual wear. fits great. Im 5'9", 170lbs althletic build. The medium is good fit.

Love this jacket, but this new one didn’t fit right.

I have this jacket in another color and fit PERFECTLY so I decided I wanted another color after a year of owning that first one. I got the black one in size Small, but when I put it on it felt like a medium. Didn’t fit at all like the first one I bought a year ago. Returning this one and maybe try it in store instead.

Fits better than their flannels!

Normally Brixton flannels are really tight on my biceps and elbows when I bend my arms, and loose on my torso, but this jacket fit perfect. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Well made coat

Fits great. Size Large and I’m 5’10” 180lbs. Big enough to wear hoodie underneath. Deep pockets are clutch, crap never falls out. Only complaint, no loop by the tag to hang it up.
