Did not match the description

I bought this product expecting a larger capacity based on its description. I did not meet my expectation. I had to return it since I have the same size at home and I ended up paying for shipping which does not make sense since it was not my mistake. I got it based on the product info. NOT Happy at all.

Teflon comes off quickly!

The pot loses Teflon and I need to buy replacement pan. I'm not sure what pot exact size it is so I can search for replacement.

This are the best!

I would give them 5 stars but this one it's broken , the aromatic trimmer not working therefore burning your rice. I purchased smaller rice cooker from them and it's amazing ,I was hoping this one will be the same really needed a bigger one !

I ordered this product twice and the pot is bent.

This is not usable as it gets stuck when you want to turn it upside down as it is required to get the crispy rice out. A definite no.

NO LLEGÓ COMPLETA

Llegó sin tapa solo la olla eléctrica y la olla de adentro que tiene Teflon, pero sin tapa, por lo que es imposible usarla. Que decepción!!!! Tanto esperar porque tarda mucho en llegar.
