I like the vacuum very light but it broke within 3 weeks

Excellent product, excellent service representative
This is by far the best vacuum I have ever used. Very durable, easy to use and consumer friendly. My representative, Aaron Shepard, was extremely helpful in assisting me with my decision to purchase this product. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right product for the job I needed to do. I manage a 100-room hotel and I purchased 10 units. Our housekeeping staff is very, very happy with this product. I highly recommend not only the product, but Aaron Shepard as your representative, as well.
