Not so secured with its zipper lock

I like the design of the bag because of its material which is water-repellant and it is lightweight. However, the main reason I bought it is it's anti-theft features. I don't feel so secure with the zipper on top of the main bag when it is hooked on the metal latch because there's still a small space which can be pried open by the finger. And the small ring at the bottom of the zipper is not so tight as well, it seemed it can be easily detached if removed forcefully. There's no zipper lock for the front compartment pocket where it is suggested to put the mobile phone. It would have been better to put the zipper security lock there than on the smaller pocket. For travel anti-theft security features bag, I still go with Pacsafe which has more security features. I just tried Baggallini because it was on sale and I like this particular design.

Love this bag, but it's pricey even on sale

I really love this bag, its shape and number of pockets, and I love the Geo Floral design. I was going to take this on a trip to Paris, to walk around with every day, but I found another brand that had the same size bag at a third the cost. Not as pretty but I saved some money.

Nice purse for travel

I wish it had a hook inside to attach a car key. Also, I wonder what the hole with the rivet is meant to do. I can’t figure out why there is a zipper on the bottom of the purse if you open that everything falls out of that pocket. It’s attractive, and I like many of the features for my recent trip.

Bigger and bulkier than expected

Quality materials.However, The outside zipper on the bottom of the bag, which is the anti-theft feature, will probably rub against one's clothes and damage them.

Cheaply made; sharp metal in strap protrudes!

After spending long hours looking for an anti-theft purse, reading reviews (thanks, reviewers) this Baggallini bag, at a reduced price, seemed a good buy with adequate security. Bag arrived well packed, brand new. However. When inspecting, there were many loose threads and badly finished seams. Worst of all, the cross body strapping at one end had metal sticking out of each side of the strap! I've carried it gently for three days, just to get accustomed to its size/weight. Have only put a few cosmetics and credit cards inside. BUT. The metal at the end of the strap now extends a full half-inch, like two flexible wires that can stick into your arm! Obviously, if we use needle nose pliers, the metal could be pulled completely out of the strap; but that of course renders the strap vulnerable to clipping by purse snatchers. This metal cannot be twisted or turned up. I just have to leave these two pointed things sticking out, or maybe use duct tape and cover the sharp edges. Some reviewers also mentioned the large side pocket, open at the top with just a magnetic closure, for some unknown reason has an unsecured zipper parallel to the open top. Any contents of this large pocket can easily be spilled out, or removed completely if this zipper is opened. Maybe the good news is that an I-Pad (7x10 or smaller), without case, can be slipped in this open pocket; it would be unsecured but it could be carried in this bag. It's good this bag was sale price, had it been full price I'd have returned it immediately. But I am worried about the overall durability.

Perfect bag for all daily travel needs!

This is a great bag! I bought it to replace another one I had from a different company. My favorite features are that the pockets on either side fit a small umbrella and a standard water bottle, two things I needed daily when I traveled recently. The other pockets were perfect for organizing other necessities. I felt safer knowing I could clip close the main compartment, so I kept the most valuable items in that section. Thank you!

Insufficient anti-theft/ security features for outside pockets

Although I liked the size and design (pattern) — I bought it to replace a smaller Baggalini cross-body without the RFID-blocker and without the double cables in the strap — I had to return it. The zippers on the outside pockets don’t have any anti-theft/ security features except for the smallest of the pockets on the front. If you look closely at the pictures in the product listing — which, for some colors, don’t show this adequately, and which I certainly didn’t realize — only the smallest outside front pocket has a loop at the end. The zipper pull goes through that loop when you zip it closed, which prevents someone from just reaching for the zipper and opening the pocket quickly. This pocket is too small for my iPhone 6s, and the lack of such a loop on the other outside pockets makes me uncomfortable putting my phone in another outside pocket (for quick access). Like some other reviewers, I’m dismayed by the size of the gaps at the ends (more at one end than the other) of the (lockable) zipper at the top — the zipper that opens up to the interior of the bag — because smaller items, such as pens, stylus for phone/ tablet, etc., can fall out. I didn’t mind so much about the lack of any anti-theft feature for the pocket on the back, since I’d planned to use it only as a sleeve to put a luggage handle through, but it could be a problem for those wanting to use this as an actual pocket.

Nice Bag

I am travel alone and thought this bag would be perfect. One feature is an outside pocket with a zipper on the bottom. I ask myself why put a zipper there. The zipper kept sliding open on it’s own. People could see i have cash in the pocket. I had to sew the zipper closed. I like this bag very much except for the darn zipper on the outside.

Love the purse the security and just the right amount of pockets. The only issue I have is the zipper at the bottom of the one pocket. Why is it there. If you undue it everything in that pocket falls out. Very strange. But I love the purse.

Arrived all crushed and wrinkled. Looked like a cheap bag used by a homeless person. Not worth the time to order it. Overall material not quality.
