Great stuff for koi ponds!

This takes the chlorine out of the water immediately so it doesn't harm the fish. I use it every time I put water in my pond. Great stuff & Gives peace of mind.

It’s convenient but leaks very bad, would not recommend the pump

Great Product

I use this once a week and my pond is clean as a whistle!! Even in the fall with all the leaves and dust blowing around. Whatever my skimmer misses this beneficial bacteria breaks down the rest. I would definitely recommend!!

Bottle is very flimsy!

My review is about the bottle only at this time. I opened the package and twisted the nozzle to release, per instructions. The liquid inside exploded through the sides of the nozzle. Not the pump itself. It got me dead in the eye and nose. That's my first experience. I was able to still use the pump to add into my pond. Now it's sitting in a ziplock bag because if you tilt it the liquid inside will spill. Hopefully it still does it's job for my pond. As of now I'm not happy.

Good stuff

My new pond was so green, I could only see the fish about 10 inches down using other bacteria products. This one cleared it up within a few days to a light green and I could actually see the bottom. My pond is new, so it's still cycling. Will be buying this again.

I expected a pump with my gallon size order, ...

I expected a pump with my gallon size order, but I did not get one. According to the Aquascape web site, one pump was intended to treat up to 500 gallons of water and the gallon size is supposed to treat 80,000 gallons. My pond is about 500 gallons. I ciphered that one pump must be about 0.8 oz or about 1.5 tablespoons.
