Haven’t failed this heavy flow yet.
5 ⭐️ for their dependability. But minus 1 for the bulkiness - which is also probably what makes them so dependable. ????????‍♀️ I have a VERY heavy flow (I probably have fibroids). I have used other brands heavy and overnight pads and got these on a whim on a grocery delivery because it was one of the only heavy pad types available. They have not disappointed! Usually, I wind up staining myself throughout the night at least once or twice during the heaviest flow days in the beginning. Ladies, you KNOW how inconvenient, frustrating and stressful it is waking up to that. I have not stained myself ONCE while wearing these overnight and during the day. Minus one star because they are bulky. You will definitely feel like you’re wearing a pad. But I did wear them one time when I did not expect to take off my sweater inside wearing leggings and a short shirt. And my boyfriend reassured me I looked fine. But other than that, I would probably not wear them when I am going to work or wearing anything firm fitting that can be exposed. But for at home or overnight - they’re a keeper. Glad I found these! Stay strong, ladies!

Perfect Size for Postpartum Care
After having a baby and getting past the first 3-5 days with the bigger pads the hospital offers, these are great to use. I still needed a bigger pad, but the hospital pads were absolutely ginormous and I didn’t need those anymore but my regular size pad wouldn’t cut it with the amount of bleeding I still had. This was the perfect size. I never use any other pads than the Always brand as well. They’re absorbent and last quite a while. I like the fact that these have wings so you don’t have leakage getting on your underwear on the sides. The pad is very sticky. The only complaint I have is that the adhesion from the wings on my underwear left residue when I removed the pad. I had to peel off pieces of the pad. That was annoying.

These work great for keeping your clothes and sheets clean at night with how thick they are but i definitely wouldn't wear them out during the day because they dont hide well!
