Broken tower but got new fountain and love it!

The media could not be loaded. Follow up to previous post - received a new fountain and it works perfect and I love it - since box was not broken there was very little styrofoam mess. Can’t wait to plant around it and have my fairy garden. I have it running full blast but will turn it down some for more of a trickle - highly recommend and the manufacturer’s were great to work with

Fairy garden fountain

The media could not be loaded. I'm very pleased with this purchase and glad my neighbor saw when it was delivered. It is very heavy for one person to carry. Super easy assembly. Focal point of my fairy garden. ????‍♂️

This is an excellent fountain!

This fountain is well made and when I got it I was impressed how well it looks and works. I had no issues with setup and getting it ready to work. I read directions as it says and everything worked just like the video on the site. Everything about it is just fantastic! If you want a good fountain this is the one to look at! If you read the warranty it will say that Alpine is not responsible for shipping. When it came in the mail it was broke on the back side not because it wasn't packed right in box but we all know no matter what you do to pack things for shipping they are really rough with boxes. I read this and thought I would still call customer service to let them know it was damaged and that I would buy the top piece that was broke. I talked with Shadelle and she was sorry for the inconvenience this caused and said no we will ship you another one! I was amazed how nice she was and very considerate! It is people like this that make great companies! Alpine is a great company! In a few days they had another one on the way and I received it fast. It came undamaged and it looks so great in my yard! Thank you again Shadelle for taking care of this so fast! Very Very good company and people!!

excellent product support

Very attractive & unique fountain - photos barely does it justice. Mine had a problem which occurred in shipment & the company was very supportive and resolved the issue no problem. I was skeptical due to some reviews & thought the price was almost too low for a "nice" fountain.

Wheel Will Need Work to Spin

After some adjusting for manufacturing issues, works fine and looks good in dry creek setting. Note that what Amazon sells does not include what other sellers do with this product. Pump is strong, sound is good, and so far there seems to be very little water loss compared to other fountains. Things to consider. Not designed to match precision of casting. Wheel on product delivered was just crooked enough to repeatedly catch on the fountain structure, freezing in place after just a few rotations. Several attempts at adjusting the wheel's placement and spindle to offset the issue were not successful. Finally had to cut out of the fountain body to enable the wheel to operate continuously. Product was much heavier than the noted 32 lbs., but with two were able to carry the box to location and put in place. Various places note a light, and the instruction manual packaged in the box with the fountain contains specific instructions about installing the light before the pump. However, Amazon does not ship with a light and their support representative stated what they ship does not come with a light. A quick web search reveals this does not appear to be the case if purchased from other sellers. So buyer beware.

Enchanting and idyllic

Can't say enough about how happy I am with this fountain, it is so cute and once you stage it, it looks like it was always there. I am technically challenged so can't attach my pics and video but I added potted plants all around it, the larger ones behind it. Doing this, made it look like real stone, it made it look real. I added a few stones in the bottom well as the sound was like pouring water into a plastic pail. The stones completely changed the sound and it became very natural. The wheel leaked but I called customer service and Devine, the rep I spoke with, said they would send a new wheel but first asked me to try and snap the 2 sides of the wheel together and sure enough, as I squeezed all around it, you could hear it snap together in each place. It immediately started to turn when I put it back on and plugged it back in. It shipped quickly, in great condition. Again, I am so very happy with this fountain and the wonderful customer service, they even answered the phone so I did not have to navigate the prompt menu that so many companies use. I plan on getting a heater for it so I can use it on cold days that are not below freezing. Will update if this works or not, it is not recommended to be used below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. I will buy a new pump if I ruin it. Love my new fountain!!!

Almost perfect

We love this fountain, but the wheel is somewhat wonky as it’s a little crooked in its space, and doesn’t always spin. We are always having to adjust it to keep it spinning. A minor inconvenience compared to how cute the design is.

Pump had electrical fault after one week

Pump has been ok for one week although noisier than other fountain pumps we gave had. After constantly tripping the electric I took it out and visually examined it the rotor was Turing ok conclusion is that water must have got into the electrics of the pump.
