Gorgeous Dress - With One Flaw

This is a beautiful dress - fits perfectly with just the right amount of flare. The length was tea length on me and I am 5'6" tall - very feminine and pretty. The fabric is gorgeous - the "3D" flowers are lovely and the gold threads perfect without being gaudy. There is one flaw, however, and that is why I returned the dress. The "3D" flowers are sort of a lace with little threads on the edges. Those threads are loose and where the zipper is sewn, they get into the zipper, making it nearly impossible to run the zipper up and down without problems. I bought this to wear to a wedding and could just imagine the zipper breaking as my husband tried to force it up. I suppose one could patiently clip all the little threads before wearing and that might solve the problem. I considered doing that because I did like the dress, but for the price, I opted to go with something else. I wish Adrianna Papell would make this same style dress with 3/4 length sleeves for we 'charmingly mature" ladies whose arms are not what they used to be! I would have hated to cover this dress up with your standard shrug!

Would not call this a fit and flare at all, more like a slip or straight dress.

I returned this. I have a body type that fit and flares really complement but this make me look flat as a board and really wide because I had no curves to compensate at all. If I had the time (and money after buying the dress itself) I'm sure with alteration this would've been a fine dress but without it definitely left a lot to be desired. Especially for this price range. The fabric was gorgeous though. The gold embroidery was lovely. The white parts were interesting though as for the 3-D effect it was rather strangely done. I wish I could describe it better but to me it was like the blankets from the 1950's that had the raised patches - I think they were called "tied comforters." A quick google search gave me images along the lines of what I'm thinking.

Classy, ethereal and super feminine

I love this midi dress. The quality of the lace is amazing and golden/champagne colors look very crisp, deep and rich with the white, but subtle enough to look moderate and noble . It is very light, airy, ethereal and feminine. Unbelievably romantic. I am saving this dress for a special occasion. I am 5'5'' 144 lb, I am a breastfeeding mother and this dress is roomy enough for 36DD/E. My measurements are 39.8 (101cm)/ 34 (87cm)/ 39.8 (101cm). I ordered size 6 and it fits me well.

Ethereal elegance

This dress is lovely on the hanger and stunning to wear. The cut is modest, but the illusion neckline and skirt hem give it the ethereal elegance that made me want an illusion neckline on my wedding gown (before I fell in love with a different dress style I never considered before). The zipper does seem stubborn on the "unzip", and I recall another reviewer mentioning the same issue. This lovely dress will be my wedding rehearsal dinner dress--I love it!

Beautiful fabric and good length, just not the right shape for me!

The dress fabric is absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately it was not the right shape for me! It was a good fit. I ordered a size 10 and I am 140 lbs and 5'4' tall. Someone who is slim would look fabulous in it! The colour is lovely

une robe magnifique

Le prix défie toute concurrence. Son prix vu sur d'autres sites frôle les 300€. Puisqu'il ne restait plus que la taille 44, je l'ai acheté quand même (je fais du 38) et une couturière me l'a ajusté à ma taille (à moins de 30€), ce qui fait que c'était du sur mesure. Robe superbe, qui se porte à merveille pour de grandes occasions, je l'ai porté pour un mariage.
