Great product!
I have had sore wrists for almost 25 years now. Many doctors visits. No dx. Not carpal tunnel. No x-rays ever done. Nothing. These straps are the only thing I've found that help my wrists not hurt. I wear them for almost everything. They are SO comfortable and I can tighten or loosen them according to whatever I'm doing. I only rebuy them because of so much use, I wear then out. They are well made.

Relief
I own 2 of these braces. I wear them at night for relief of carpal tunnel pain and bone spurs at the base of both thumbs. My physical therapist made custom splints for my thumbs and they are great for the bone spurs, but the Ace wraps stabilize my wrists and have given me relief from the pain in the back of my hand and forearm. My hope is that I will be able to just use the Ace wraps, as they are much more comfortable than the rigid custom splints, and they are washable, which the custom splints are not. So far so good.

Fine product, but doesn't fit upper end of the size range (thumb holes not large enough?)
My wrists are about 7.25" around, so I'm not even at the stated max size range for this product. And even without cinching the velcro straps, it's uncomfortably tight. The problem for me is specifically in the thumb area; it creates a weird and slightly painful pressure on the palm side of the base of the thumb. This is for both wrists and with the splint removed. So I think this product should come in two different sizes. Other info: I sprained both my wrists when I slipped on some ice and fell forward, so I got two of these, one for each wrist. I'm past the worst of it, but just wanted to have them on hand, and also on the day I ordered them, I wasn't sure how fast I'd heal. I seem to be healing relatively quickly, but I work on computers, so I thought they might be helpful to wear at work for a stretch to help me protect my wrists while healing and be mindful of how I'm using them. I spent some time looking at different options on Amazon, and decided that Ace knows bandages, so I'd be in good hands, so to speak. I got the kind with the removable splint, since on the day I injured my wrists and ordered these, it seemed like a good idea to avoid bending my wrists. Pros: 1. Nifty design that fits either hand. The core black sleeve is basically symmetric. The stretchy gray half oversleeve wraps in one direction, so on your left hand, it starts at the bottom and wraps around to the top, and on the right hand, it starts at the top and wraps around to the bottom. The gray partial sleeve has velcro that attaches well to the black to tighten things up. Also, the inner black sleeve is about 3/4ths the thick velcro-receiving stuff and 1/4 a thin stretchy (probably poly-lycra) material that is where the main adjustable fit kicks in. 2. The design of the splint is pretty good, too: There's a channel on either side of the thumb, so that you can put the metal split in to be on the palm side for either hand. The metal is very firm, but can be shaped just a bit (with effort!) to allow customization. 3. Very affordable. 4. Relatively lightweight. Cons: 1. As stated above, I think this should come in two sizes. I think it probably won't work well for people with very small hands, since there's a core unstretched size... although with the gray wrap, maybe it works out fine. And for people with large hands, I can't be alone in the thumb hole being too tight to be comfortable, actually causing me pain. 2. Mine came with some loose threads, sort of a run in the gray area of one of them. Not really a big deal, but it just points out that these will have a limited lifespan. Which is totally to be expected for anything with elastic in it anyway. Observation: 1. The area around the thumbhole (what I've been calling the velcro-receiving stuff) does not have a sewn or bound edge. It's clear that I have an option to trim the hole to be a larger size... although there's not much distance from the thumbhole to the split casing, so I can't trim much sideways, but maybe I don't have to trim much, and I can trim down, for sure. (Looking at this more, it might be in part the extra bulk of the splint casing that leads to the pain, as it creates a minor bump that pushes in towards my hand.) I will ponder returning these vs. trying to make the thumbhole larger. If I trim them, I'll post an update about how well that worked (or didn't).

Best, low-profile brace for petite wrists
For years I have looked at every brace I could find. This is the only one I'll wear. My hands are women's size small, and I have symptoms similar to carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). There are always some limitations with a brace, but I can do a lot more in this brace than I could with others. I often forget I'm wearing it. I replaced the top velcro strip on my old one, stitching on a piece of velcro cable tie. It had stopped sticking after being repositioned a million times. It's my spare now. The brace has held together well otherwise. Can be machine washed in a delicates bag. The metal "spoon" is easy to remove to switch between right and left hand use. There is no struggle to secure the brace with my other hand. Unlike those wrap type braces, it's easy to set it the same way, quickly, every time. The brace goes up to my knuckles on the back, is low enough in the front that I can close my hand. I can put on long sleeves or gloves without removing it. All my fingers have a full range of motion while the wrist is supported but not immobilized. EDIT: I came back to knock off a star. I had only had the new brace about 3 months, and the top fastener had already lost its grip like my old one. I'd been wearing this replacement brace on a more regular basis. I didn't see any option here to contact the seller, but found a phone number on ACE's site. The rep was surprised and said maybe I've been wearing it too much. How often do you use your hands? They couldn't provide any specifics about the warranty mentioned in the title of this listing. We agreed the velcro might be more strained because I have it on about as tight as I can get it (small hands), which means the velcro hard side has to grip the narrow soft side between thumb and forefinger. I suggested that, if the velcro only sticks well on the back of the hand, then perhaps these shouldn't be one size fits all. They sent a replacement but said they couldn't promise another in the future. That said, I still prefer this one. My friend with small, sensitive wrists also recently got one and is pleased.

Definitely supportive, but not the best quality materials.
This product is perfect for people with arthritis or fibromyalgia pain. The only issue is the seam around the sun is nonexistent, and the material will start to tear even after a couple uses.

Well made and reversible
It's easy to wear, not bulky, reversible, and even comfortable. The metal splint will eventually start to poke through the opening where it is removed to reverse it. I solved this with a little piece of KT tape. The hook side of the Velcro needed a little trimming after several weeks of use as well, to keep it from adhering to things it shouldn't, but it's holding up fine. I'm pleased.

Incómoda y sin devoluciones
Es demasiado incómoda para usarla todo el tiempo ... adicional, se pega en la ropa. No leí que no se podía devolver el producto antes de comprarlo, pero definitivamente no la recomendaría.
