These are the most amazing overnight option for my eleven year old

Does its job well, but requires a bit of TLC
Having tried many brands of adult diapers, I can say this is definitely the best option within this price range or cheaper. This brand is the only one that rarely leaks for heavy wetters, and it does a decent job minimizing the odor as well, for awhile at least. That said, there are a couple things users/caregivers should know or be aware of when it comes to these. First, awhile back something about the way these diapers are made changed, and now they come with tiny pokey "balls" of what feels like super hardened cloth material attached to primarily the front abdomen (and occasionally the back) area. It's hard to describe in words, but these "balls" are approximately the size of pin heads and very scratchy/uncomfortable, especially for individuals with softer/sensitive skin. Thankfully these can be scratched/picked off before putting the diaper on - just run your hand slowly over the surface to feel for them and scratch at them with your fingernail to loosen each one for removal. I make mention of this here because 1) it is annoying and extra work, and 2) caregivers may not be aware of this issue and if the person they're caring for is unable to communicate well, that person may be left in an uncomfortable situation (like having scratchy/pokey grains of sand stuck to your underwear). Also, around the same time said pokey additions started appearing on the diapers, we started having issues with the tape coming loose. Not on the sticky end, but on the end permanently fastened to the outer edge of the diaper, which means you're stuck with the tape still clinging to the abdomen area of the diaper while the side hangs halfway open (usually only the top piece of tape comes off - the bottom one generally stays on). The only way I've found to fix this when it happens is to find another type of tape and tape it closed again - or just change the diaper completely. This happens to me several times a week, and it's definitely frustrating (also, I am bedbound, so can only imagine it's a more frequent issue for people who are up and around). I will add, though, for those concerned about the sticky part not sticking if you move it more than once, you can separate and remove the blue part of the tape and get a whole new sticky area, which is a nice little feature many people aren't aware exists. This gives you the option to readjust the placement of the tabs at least one or two more times if needed, though of course it does nothing to help if the other, more "permanently" attached end comes loose. All that said, I've still used this brand of adult diaper for several years now. The issues above would be enough to have me switching to another brand - if one existed that held even 3/4 as much as this one does. Since no other options exist that work like this, I'll (somewhat) gladly put up with a bit of extra work scratching off pokey material and occasionally adding different tape to hold closed a diaper that leaks as infrequently as this under such heavy usage. I wish it cost a little less, but what can you do about an entire market that gouges people with medical issues who have no choice but to pay? This is by far the best option for the money.

Great for absorbancy
The tabs that hold the diaper are cheap, peel off and pop open easily. Have to use packing tape to hold them in place. The other issue comes in that they’re a little too short and the back slips down if you fill the diaper with urine and someone has to hold the back up if you’re walking and have difficulty with mobility. Otherwise great for absorbency but trying to decide if I can find another product that won’t fall off when you stand up. It’s a shame that many reviews have mention the fact of the bad tapes and the company has not responded to that!

Abena diapers
Product is fine . Good fit and absorbency for my 11 year old special boy. Lately though, you can’t rely on the to arrive in a timely manner. Sometimes two to three days, sometimes a week or more. This makes life difficult at times when diapers run out as specialty diapers aren’t sold just anywhere

Plain but Great
I think the title says it all. They work amazingly, feel great and hold a lot. They're very plain looking, but I'd never turn them down. I highly recommend these.

Very good Adult pads would recommend them to any one that has trouble with bladder problems
Abana do a wide collection in sizes.4XL I am Disabled and need the pads when in bed the pads are great and do what they are designed for. as am 24 stone I find the waist a little tight for me sitting in a wheel chair all day you tend to get heavy no fault on my part. saying that they are the best you can get for a small price they hold 4000 ml more then any other pads I have used The pads are a tight fit at the waist they hold 400mls double of any others I've tried got to buy them my self as the nurses ones a very cheap quality and holds only 150 ml that's not very good as am in bed over 10 hours per day. am paying out of my own pocket £130 per year, I see some people dont like them really dont now why as they do the job very well, the only down side for me is the waist is just a bit tight. still very good value in my mind.

Good product but packaging must improve!
I am reviewing on behalf of my mother. Very good product. Put it this way, you can go about your day confidently knowing you’ve got it on which puts her mind at ease. The problem is the packaging - it should be packed such that, if the cardboard box is damaged, we shouldn’t be able to see the contents because of the nature of the product. Usually there’s brown thick paper-like material the product ( for many Amazon items ) for discretion and to keep item in tact. Sadly this wasn’t the case. My Mom was embarrassed receiving it from the driver but the driver was very polite and professional about it.

Great once knew how to use them!
My toddler broke his leg and he was not wanting to go to the toilet at all. I needed some nappies that would fit him as he's a big 4 year old. I came across these and I am so glad I found them. They seem comfortable, hold alot and are really flexible. They seemed like they were abit baggy at the top at first but I found a video which shows how to use them correctly (bottom left and right tabs close upwards and top left and right tabs close downwards) since then have had no issues with these at all. Really happy with them!

Absorbency
Providing you have the correct size on, these are very good at retaining, leak proof and highly absorbent.

Not big enough
These are not as big as one thinks I have put a great deal of weight on due to no mobility and steroids
