Amazing wife

Mom loved it

This was a present for my octogenarian mother. She loves it; I think it really makes her feel special. The coaster is helpful as a lid to keep the coffee warm.

Had chip in lip of cup upon arrival

Like the cup and like how guickly we received it. The box was undamaged but the lip of the cup had a small chip in it , needs better packinging. Will order another one and hope for the best.

Lovely idea, pretty, but not actually good as a cup.

Bought as a gift, but after giving it a close look, I'm sending it back. I can't imagine using this for my daily cuppa - it's just awkward - so it would end up being (lovely) clutter in the kitchen. I like: The color, the graphics, the lettering are nicely done, and all appear to be microwave safe. I like the idea of a steeper lid / coaster combo. Don't like: It wobbles, and it grinds. After steeping, if you place the lid on the table (rough-side up) and try to nestle the cup into the lid as shown in the photo, it wobbles. If you place the lid glossy-side up, the rough unglazed bottom of the mug grinds away at the pretty graphics on the lid. Don't like: The lip really is kinda awkward. The lettering is lovely, but that broad brim just makes for an awkward sip. Don't like: It doesn't fit anywhere in my morning. It's a kinda bulky 12-oz mug, and too awkwardly large for a "teamug". It's a good size for coffee, but I don't really need a steeper lid for my coffee. So as I say, I really like the looks of it, but I know I wouldn't use it. Sadly, back it goes. :(
