Very comfortable
Had to trim the tabs a little. I have a full brim hard hat and I had to trim almost a ⅙' to get it to fit the tabs in the slots. I used a razor knife no biggie. This was my 3rd purchase trying to find one that fit and this one was the closest. Works great now and the clips are nice and snug

Fits older Stihl pro mark helmets
Fits older Stihl pro mark helmets made by Peltor. (mine is a 1998) and was a nice upgrade from the non - ratcheting suspension after it failed. (A wardrobe malfunction with a chainsaw isn’t as funny as one on tv, especially when you’re cutting down a good sized tree and the helmet falls down over your eyes).

Great value. Good suspension replacement for hard hats.
I've read other reviews and would agree that these make your hard hat sit a little higher than stock suspension. But overall stayed on my head without any issues. I've read other reviews saying it's put the helmet too high from your head. Ideally the hard hat shouldn't be that close to your head anyways. Kinda defeats the purpose of a hard hat if its really close to your head. I believe this will help protect you if something were to fall on your head.

Finally found a new hard hat liner for my 20 year old Husky chainsaw hard hat.
I bought a wood cutting hard hat with ear muffs and screen shield 20 years ago when I bought my new Husky chainsaw. The plastic on the liner got old and cracked and is broken. I never thought to look on Amazon for a new one. My spacing for the mounts are different than most of the new ones but I put the number (H-700-RS4) off the strap in the Amazon search and this one came up, I bought it and it fits perfectly.

Only received part of my order of what was to be a new item. The contents had been tampered with.
I am actually a little disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a “new” 3M hard hat suspension replacement, H-700-RS 4. The order when I received it said it was new. Upon opening the box I found that the plastic bag containing the item had already been opened and all the contents were not in the bag. I received only the suspension replacement not the foam liner. The contents label on the bag indicated that a foam liner was included and diagrams showed how it was to be installed. I received no foam liner. A little disappointed.
