Excellent non stick performance without problematic coating
I appreciate the consistent peformance of this brand. I have two sizes. I end up replacing every year or two as they do eventually become scratched. An excellent balance of quality and price. In my experience paying much more for non stick pans won't get you a pan that lasts longer than good quality, lesser priced brands like this one.

These are awesome!
They don't burn anything and clean up SO EASY! AND they also work with my induction plate.

Bow in Middle
Bought 4 of these pans all different sizes. All 4 bow in the middle which causes the liquid to run to these edges. Used on a glass top stove and never used higher heat than medium. Why can't a company make a pan that sits flat on stove eye. Other than this slight annoyance the pans perform well and clean easily. Haven't had them long enough to know how durable they will be for the long run. Seem to be well made well for the most part. Would have given them 5 stars except for the bowing part.

Great nonstick
The nonstick coating on this pan is better than any pan I have ever had. I use it all the time. I can fry eggs in a dry pan that has been properly seasoned according to the directions. I steam vegetables in their own juices in a dry pan with no sticking. I just put on a lid, use lower heat, and stir the veggies around every 3 or 4 minutes until the juices begin to accumulate. For food that I want to brown and sizzle, I can put only a teaspoon of oil in this great big pan, spread it around over the whole bottom of the pan, and I get great results. I have to use 3 times the oil or more in my stainless steel pan. The secret is to use lower heat and don’t preheat the pan. I put any oil I am going to use in a cold pan and spread it around with my fingers first. Then I add the food and start heating the pan. I don’t cook steaks or any foods that require really high heat to brown quickly, so I don’t know how that would work. I have browned stew meat and chicken breasts, and it worked fine using the above method. I mostly cook eggs and sauté vegetables. I don’t wash it with soap every time I use it. I just wipe it out really well with a dry paper towel. If I wash it with soap, I reseason it with olive oil according to the directions that came with the pan. For its non stick and low fat usage, it’s the best pan I have ever had. It is very easy to clean, and after several months of use, it still looks brand new. Now for the not so good part. I only cook with induction cook tops. This pan heats up really well in the center, but the heat doesn’t seem to spread to the edges of the pan very well. My stainless steel pans heat much more evenly. This isn’t a deal breaker for me. I just move the food that is cooking faster to the edges, and move the food that is on the edges towards the center. Or I move the edge of the pan towards the center of the burner. I like the non stick on this pan so well that I just purchased a 10 inch pan. I am hoping the poor heat transfer will be less of an issue with a smaller pan. For low fat induction cooking, I would highly recommend this pan.

Many Reasons It's The Best Non-Stick Pan I've Ever Owned
I started using this skillet on May 30, 2017. I tell you that because I will come back to edit if any issues develop. If it's a year from now you'll have a time frame reference. Must say I was a little skeptical when I first held this pan in my hands. I was leary of the slightly rough feeling surface. After reading the literature that accompanied this pan, I finally found definitive statements. The surface actually contains natural stone. That sounded interesting to me. Reading the description here I couldn't figure out for sure if they were saying it was a stone like finish or actually made from stone but I finally decided to give the pan a try. It was Prime so I knew I could return it if I was dissatisfied. So the first time I sauted chicken in a sauce in this skillet I over cooked the chicken. I quickly discovered you use lower heat setting because it heats up well and holds the heat. I have a standard type electric stove. To saute I actually now reduce the heat to 4 or 5 instead of 7 when I have the pan heated to the desired temperature. If I'm reducing sauce I can turn the heat down to 3 and get wonderful results. Less is more with this pan and it produces beautiful dishes. It is non-stick. I was the fry pan with a wash cloth believe it or not. I don't use a sponge with a scrubber side or a dish brush. I use a wash cloth with mild detergent. The booklet actually recommends mild detergents by the way. I use Seventh Generation or Method which I buy here on Amazon. Even though I THINK I remember they say the pan is dishwasher safe, the instruction booklet does NOT recommend it. I don't use metal utensils. I use wood or silicone. After I was out the pan I put a dab of avocado or olive oil on a piece of paper towel and rub it around the inside. Cute side note...they send you a felt insert you can lay inside the pan if you're going to stack it in with other pans. I hung mine up on the wall. That's pretty much it. It's a very nice looking piece of cookware. It's hefty in weight so you know it's not cheap. The bottom is insulated for good heat distribution. Doesn't matter that the surface of the pan is not as smooth at a baby's butt because it IS non stick IF you don't set your cooking temperature too high. If anything does stick to the pan just put a little water in the pan and let it sit a while. It all washes out beautifully. I've made a promise to myself. I WILL NOT burn this pan. It's the nicest non stick pan I've ever purchased so I want to take good care of it.

Fabulous pan
I bought this pan several months ago and wanted to test drive it before writing a review. I purchased it as I had a bad experience with several cheaper pans losing their non-stick ability quickly and ending up in the bin. Make sure you season the pan first then you are good to go. I am so pleased with the way it cooks anything I throw at it without sticking and as I'm following the Slimming World diet that is a big plus - I can cook my eggs and bacon 'fat free'. It is also easy to clean (I use it most days and it just takes a quick wipe to clean). It is a solid pan but not too heavy and the nonslip silicone handle makes it easy to use. I am a convert to Ozeri Stonehenge coated pans and won't be buying another brand anytime soon

Happy customer
Took.me some time to write this but the pan is fantastic. Using it now for a year, every day and it s like brand new with a slight change in color as per heat but I love it.Best buy.

Not good
1. this is not a proper stone based pan as other reviewers have pointed out, do not be fooled 2. Mine became noticeably uneven after about 5 uses (middle of pan rose significantly), oil rolls off to side now. 3. Non-stick coating is noticeably worse than other pans I've had in same price range. Has started wearing down after 2 months of light use

Chinese pan marketed as German.
Coating ‘made in Germany’ but the pan is made in China, so this supposed German coating is applied in China with the rest of the pan. Deceptively advertised in my opinion. It’s a Chinese pan. The coating roughened after a handful of uses despite following the usage instructions exactly and using soft silicon utensils exclusively.
