Sturdy!

I have two pit bulls and they can manage to break any toy in under 24 hrs. This toy last a whole month which is beyond incredible. I’ve already put headed two and my pups love them!

Not chew proof

This is not chew proof but holds up during tug of war

Not alot of longevity with a terrier attached to it! But he loved it for a few weeks.

Not for a Chewer

I had bought a similar item for my Australian Shepard, and he loved it.. It lasted a long time, but this one only lasted ten minutes before I had to take it away from him! I usually love Nerf products, but this one didn't seem as sturdy.

Great Chew Toy for our TALL and FIT 95-pound, 15-month old male, German Shepherd puppy

Love the Nerf Rubber Tug Dog Toy for our 2 dogs. It is a strong, tough toy our really big, 95-pound (all muscle, not an ounce of fat!) male German Shepherd dog has not been able to destroy! He is a 15-month old puppy, still teething on his back teeth, and he loves to chew on this toy! He does not chew on it all the time, but when he does chew on it, he is very serious about it! (We have purchased several other big dog toys that did not last an hour! Wasted money!) Our other dog, a Lab, enjoys chewing on the Tug Dog Toy, too. The 2 dogs lay nose to nose on the floor and patiently take turns chewing on this Tug Toy! Cute to watch! Sorry, no photos. The GS loves to play Tug-O-War with me with this toy. He is very strong and he usually wins!

Lots of fun for my crazy chewer, but...

My crazy chewing dog loves this. But we only let her play tug of war with us, she doesn’t have full access to it within minutes she was able to take a small hunk out of it. So we keep it up high so she can’t reach. The size is perfect for a 46 lb beagle-pit mix. She is strong and the toy has good tensile strength not to tear, even when she twists it. We also have a gonutz figure 8 toy which is much stronger but it’s a little big for her so she can’t get as good a grip on it. I wish the nerf toy was a little stronger so I could leave her alone with it, but I think she’ll destroy it within an hour if I do. Toy is great fun for all, just don’t leave it around.

Large and heavy

Sadly muclarger than expected and my dog does not seem to like to use it. Maybe because of size and weight. My dog is a 7 month old Siberian husky too!

Wonderful dog toy--if your dog likes tug-of-war

This toy is indestructible. We have had this toy for over a year and it still looks brand new. We own a border collie who loves tug-of-war and this toy works well. It is not her favorite toy--that is another tug toy that squeaks, but this toy is one of the easiest for me to hang on to when I have 34 lbs of pure muscle determined to tear it out of my hands. It is fairly stiff rubber and easy for the human hand to hang on to.
